Ralf Hennhoffer

Ralf brings more than 25 years of experience in quality management and regulatory affairs for medical technology, specialising in stent development and clinical readiness. Starting his career in quality assurance at Optimed GmbH, he went on to lead quality management at campus GmbH and its successor companies Lightcut GmbH and medicut Stent Technology GmbH, where he headed the QM department for over 15 years.
Since 2022, Ralf has been running his own consultancy, supporting MedTech companies in quality management and test planning. With his strong technical foundation as a certified industrial foreman in mechanical engineering and journeyman machine fitter, he combines hands-on technical expertise with decades of leadership experience, ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety and compliance from development through to approval.
