ALTA® Trademark Successfully Registered in the European Union

Venous Stent B.V. is pleased to announce that ALTA® is now a fully registered trademark in the European Union.

Following the successful completion of the EU trademark registration process, the ALTA name is now legally protected across all EU member states and is exclusively owned by Venous Stent B.V. The transition from TM to ® reflects the distinctiveness of the ALTA® name. EU trademark registration provides long term legal protection, prevents unauthorised use by third parties and ensures that ALTA® remains clearly associated with Venous Stent B.V. and its innovation in venous disease treatment.

The ALTA® Stent has been developed to support modern venous intervention, with a focus on long segment coverage, anatomical conformity and clinical reliability. Securing the ALTA trademark is a key step as the technology moves through clinical development and towards broader adoption across Europe.
